PRETECOR SAS llevó a cabo el primer taller SALUDABLEMENTE, un programa enfocado en la intervención preventiva en la salud mental, con la participación activa de 100% del personal. Este taller incluyó un total de 976 horas de formación, permitiendo a los colaboradores adquirir herramientas para mejorar su bienestar psicológico y emocional.
La gestión financiera se mantuvo sólida y estable, con un manejo eficiente del capital de trabajo, adecuada liquidez y una estructura de endeudamiento controlada. En términos operativos, los resultados superaron las expectativas, respaldados por una continua optimización de procesos y una capacidad de adaptación efectiva ante la incertidumbre del entorno económico.
